	Vehicles found to be towed in error may be released at no charge


	THIS DOCUMENT IS NOT A CONTRACT! THIS DOCUMENT IS USED IN THE EVENT OUR DRIVER IS STOPPED BY THE POLICE LEAVING YOUR PREMISES WITH A VEHICLE IN TOW. IT MERELY INDICATES THAT WE HAVE PERMISSION TO BE ON THE PROPERTY


	Towing will be handled under the following specific conditions:


	1. Vehicles illegally parked, overnight, in violation of the posted signage.
	2. Vehicles illegally parked, that are not using or employed by retail shops on the property.
	3. Vehicles illegally parked, abandoned/inoperable, on the property.
	4. All vehicles must be on the property for at least one (1) hour prior to towing.
