| Tenants agrees to rent the following dates: (please check for accuracy) | |

| **We have flexibility if rentals are not back to back. |
| |
| 50% of Payment required at time of reservation, with the remaining balance being due within 60 days of arrival. Refunds will not be given unless cancelled 60 days prior to the reserved dates. We will however, offer to re-schedule at any available date in the future, based upon availability. Snowy Bluff reserves the right to cancel in the event of circumstances (i.e. fire/damage, weather) or any other reasons the property could be rendered unusable, in which full payment and deposit would be refunded. |

| We require a $500.00 security deposit. Upon your departure we will inspect for damage, missing items or excessive cleaning that may be required to Snowy Bluff. If damage has occurred or excessive cleaning is required- we will use the amount of the security deposit required to satisfy the cost of repairs or cleaning. The home needs to be left in the same condition as when you arrived. With the exception of laundry. Please strip the bed sheets that were used and leave near the bed. Please place used towels in the laundry room. Additional fees may apply for things like excessive garbage, dirty dishes, dirty hot tub, smoking in the house, spills, stains, dirty floors or missing items. | Tenant represents and is responsible for all guests/dogs in their party. Tenant also assumes all liability for any damage tenant or tenant’s guests may cause to Snowy Bluff Cabin Rental. Bud’s Rentals LLC will not be held responsible or liable for personal property damage that may occur to tenant or tenant’s guest’s property, while on the Snowy Bluff premises. Bud’s Rentals LLC will not be held liable for any injury or accident of tenant or guests of tenant while on the premises. Further, Bud’s Rentals LLC will not assume responsibility for loss of rental days or delay of tenant arrival due to weather or natural disasters, other than in the Black Hills of South Dakota. However, we will do our best to reschedule but cannot always be guaranteed due to availability. |

| Rental Rates: $275 per night up to 8 occupants. For each additional occupant, $10 per day per person. Occupants bringing a dog/dogs (max 2 dogs) must pay $100 per dog and must be preapproved. Cleaning fee is $180 per stay. ** There will be a fee of $25 for each NSF returned check. |

| Terms & Conditions
We do not rent to vacationing students under the age of 22, unless accompanied by a guardian or parent.
We only allow dogs on our property, maximum of 2 dogs on the premises at one time. We charge $100 per dog per stay. If dogs are brought to the property, but are not disclosed and paid for, we will deduct $300 from the damage deposit. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and owners must clean up and dispose of their waste. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and are only allowed on the main floor of our cabin on wood floors. Please be aware that we do use snap traps in the garage and Decon traps are located in the garage and in the laundry room of cabin. Bud’s Rentals will not be held responsible for lost or injured pets. NO CATS ALLOWED due to owner’s allergies and NO HORSES.
NO SMOKING in cabin or garage allowed. No exceptions. Failure to abide by this condition will result in a $300 fine taken out of the damage deposit. All cigarette butts must be picked up and properly disposed of.
The road leading to Snowy Bluff Cabin Rental is gravel and includes 7 switchbacks. 4-Wheel Drive is required during winter months, which is October - May in the Black Hills of South Dakota. If you are pulling a trailer, we highly encourage bringing chains. Our road and driveway are maintained year round. Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding snow removal during your stay.
Our property includes a 6 person hot tub. The renter assumes all responsibility for the hot tub during their stay. Please shower before entering and upon exiting the hot tub. Use extreme care with children and do not drink while enjoying the hot tub. Bud’s Rentals LLC is not responsible for any accidents. Please enjoy responsibly.
There is no telephone at Snowy Bluff Cabin Rental. We also do not provide WIFI. We have excellent cellphone service at Snowy Bluff. Dish Network is available for your enjoyment.
We supply a started supply of dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. A washer and dryer are also available for you use. Renters should supply their own laundry detergent.
One of the benefits to staying at Snowy Bluff is our private location. However, we do have neighbors and need our tenants to respect their property. There is no shooting firearms at Snowy Bluff. There is a shooting range close by on Yellow Bird Road if you so desire and wish to check into that. In addition, please do not go into our neighbor’s yard to get onto Trail 7A. Snowy Bluffs Road continues to their house but it is a dead end. Please pay attention to their “PRIVATE DRIVE” sign. You can gain access to Trail 7A on another trail. We have a map in our manual at Snowy Bluff Cabin Rental that will show you access to Trail 7A from our cabin.
