Stud Service Deposit Requirements:
Natural Breeding: Deposit of $200 plus tax (non-refundable and will be applied to the stud fee) is due payable upon completion of breeding efforts. Balance is due upon presentation of the litter registration form.
Fresh Chilled: Deposit of $300 is required at time of collection. (non-refundable and will be applied to the stud fee) is due payable upon completion of breeding efforts. Balance is due upon presentation of the litter registration form.
Frozen:Full stud fee is due prior to shipping semen. No refund is available in the case that no puppies result.
TERMS and CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
The owner of the bitch is responsible for transportation to and from the place of breeding. The first 5 days of boarding will be at no charge, any additional days will be billed at $27 per day. If there is a request for chilled semen, the costs incurred with the collection and shipping will be solely the responsibility of the owner of the bitch. In the case of frozen breeding requests, owner of the bitch is responsible for all shipping and surgical procedures. Prior to arrival for natural breeding, SDK’s requires all vaccinations to be on file. In addition a Negative Brucellosis certificate (dated within 10 days of breeding) is required. Costs of any diagnostic testing that are deemed necessary (ie Vaginal smears, progesterone tests or artificial insemination) will be the responsibility of the owner of the bitch. This cost will be payable upon the pick-up of the bitch after completion of the breeding effort. In the case that no puppies result from natural breeding(s) efforts, any stud fee collected exceeding $200 will be refunded to the bitch owner/agent. This contact will be considered complete and no repeat breeding will be offered. In the case that no puppies result from a fresh or frozen method no refund is offered. SDK stipulates that a litter is considered a minimum of two live births resulting from natural breeding efforts; stud fee is modified to 1 puppy =$400, 2 puppies =$600, 3 puppies =full fee. Any unpaid balance of the stud fee is due upon the presentation of the litter registration form. SDK will sign both AKC and UKC papers. The forms will not be signed until the stud fee balance is paid in full.
